When should I make my spa reservations?
To ensure that you will receive the treatment that you want along with the available seating for you and your friends, we recommend booking at least a week before you are scheduled to visit.
What is the cancellation policy?
To cancel your booking, you need to notify us at least 24 hours before your schedule so we can open the slot for other customers. Take note that we have a 50% cancellation fee, which means that you will have to pay 50% of the original price of the services that you booked.
What if I arrive late for my appointment?
Arriving late to your appointment will only shorten the time that you get to indulge in our services. However, if you completely miss your appointment, you will pay 100% of the service you booked.
What should I tell my treatment provider?
Here at Asunde Day Spa, you are entitled to speak freely with the staff and comment if you have any questions about our services and treatments. To help you be more open, we trained our staff to communicate with the customers in a way that will help you get a little more comfortable with us. Don’t be shy to say what you want!
What should I wear?
There are no dress codes, but we highly recommend wearing clothes that are easy for you to remove. Moreover, it should be comfortable so you can enjoy the whole extent of your treatment.
What if I have some physical ailment, disability or allergies?
We recommend notifying the spa personnel beforehand so we can better adjust our treatments to your condition. We will inform you immediately if treatment is not possible.
Should I avoid the spa if I am pregnant?
Here at Asunde Day Spa, we have treatments specifically designed for pregnant women. However, we still recommend checking in with your physician before you book an appointment with us!
Can I choose to have a male or female therapist?
We have both male and female therapists available to serve you. You are free to select whoever you are comfortable with. All you have to do is to inform our personnel the moment that you book an appointment.
Are there any rules of etiquette?
The only etiquette that you should remember is to come on time and to keep the atmosphere of silence. We will greatly appreciate it if you can come on time to your appointment to avoid holding the line from the next customer. Moreover, respect the tranquil atmosphere within the spa and don’t make any unnecessary noise.
